

Kennedy Yeboah is Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He is also Chartered Tax Practitioner and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). He is a Certified Financial Modeler (CFM) and a member of the International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM).
Ken holds MBA (Finance) from KNUST, a Bachelor degree in Accounting from University of Education and Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kumasi Technical University.
Ken has more than 20years’ experience in the credit union industry and is currently the CEO of Ramseyer Co-operative Credit Union Ltd (RCCU) and the National President of the Ghana Association of Co-operative Credit Union Managers (GHACCUM).
He is an ICUDE, (International Credit Union Development Educator), a Mentor and training facilitator for African Confederation of Co-operative Savings and Credit Associations (ACCOSCA) and Credit Union Association (CUA) of Ghana.
Ken has an extensive Finance and Accounting background. He is a financial and investment consultant and serves on different boards and committees with his expertise. He is currently the audit committee chairperson of the Asokwa Municipal Assembly, A member of the Programme Advisory Committee for the Banking Technology and Finance Department at Kumasi Technical University, Board Member - Presbyterian Centre for Vocational Instructors' Development (PRECEVID), and Board Member - Adumasa Aid Project on Ghana / Austria Partnership.
He has attended several international conferences organize yearly by the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) and African Confederation of Co-operative Savings and Credit Associations (ACCOSCA). He is very much abreast of current and emerging trends in the financial sector, especially in the credit union industry.

Dr. Abraham Ambomwin Dakurah
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (FCA), a Chartered Director (MIoD), an African Development Educator (ADE) and a Community and Organisational Development Improvement Facilitator (CODIF), Abraham is also a holder of the Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Accounting from the Atlantic International University-USA, a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from the University for Development Studies, and a BSc in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana, Legon. Dr. Dakurah also holds fellowships with the Commonwealth Academy of Leadership and Management-UK (FCALM) and the Institute of Management Consultants – Nigeria (FIMC), and a Certified Management Specialist (CMS) certification from the London Graduate School. He has over twenty (20) years working experience having worked for Equal Opportunity Fund - E.O.F as Administrative Officer (2001 – 2002), PEPS_C as Project Accountant (2003 – 2004), Kinapharma Limited as Area Accountant (2004 – 2007) and Vision Fund Ghana – A world Vision International Microfinance Organisation as Head of Finance (2007 – 2010) before joining WACCU in January 2011. He is an expert trainer and coach who has been training at the Credit Unions Training Centre since 2011, a certified trainer with RAFIP and a certified senior trainer with DSIK, having facilitated many trainings in Member Care and Micro-business Management. With research interest, Dr. Dakurah has authored/co-authored various high-profile papers and books (some peer-reviewed) in the areas of Governance, Budgeting, Accounting, Business Management and youth savings. Dr. Dakurah have served and currently serves in various high-level governance organs of many reputable institutions, including Audit Committee Chairman of the Wa Municipal Assembly, Member of the Audit Committees of the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council, SDD-UBIDS and Wa West District Assembly. He is also a Member of the Finance Committee of the Catholic Diocese of Wa, Vice Board Chairman of Mass Media for Development/Radio Progress and the current President of the Credit Union Managers Association (UWR), among others.

James Kwaku Yabedo is a financier and a business enterpreneur of diverse experiences. James has a two year experience in the Rural banking and over 23 years experience in the Credit Union management. James holds BSc Accounting Education and Higher National Deploma in Accounting.
James served on the leadership of first innaugurated BACCUMA; (B-A wing of GHACCUM) from 2005-2009. He was elected again as the vice president from 2019 to 2023 and was re-elected in August 2023 but this time as the president.
He has also served the B-A Chapter as the managers’ representative on various committees constituted the Chapter Executive Committee.
James is a share holder and an Executive Director of “K.MENSAH 2 Enterprise” a business firm located at Kumasi suame.
As a christian in the Presbyterian denomination, he has also served as the Treasurer of the Berekum Trinity congregation for 2 years on appointment and was elected a presbyter for two consecutive terms of eight years, still serving.
A man interested in partisan politics, James has served as the chairman of Live Patrons of the Berekum East constituency to one of the biggest political parties in Ghana for a term of four years.
James is married with four children.
